Privacy Policy

This website is run by Thomas Lee ("Tommy Lee"), a freelance Shopify developer based in Lomita, California, who works under the name Glowing Plum. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

• Information you send me. When you use the contact form, you give me your name, email address, and any store link and project details you share. The form sends them to my email inbox.
• Usage information. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location.
• Server logs. My hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the date and time of requests, to run and secure the site.

How I use it

I use your contact details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide my services. I use usage information to understand how the site is used and improve it. I don't sell your personal information.

Who I share it with

I share information only with the services that run this site:

• Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (how Google uses data from sites that use its services).
• Hostinger, which hosts the site and my email.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking by other companies

Google Analytics sets cookies, and Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not currently respond to those signals.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you've sent me by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
